    • All prices are listed in Rands and are subject to change without notice.
    • We accept the following payment methods: Cash on delivery or collection and Bank EFT.
    • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Site.
    • Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as required by law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

    • We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
    • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

    • All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Eye on home and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
    • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

13. Sourcing of hardware

If I can source the required hardware for cheaper then you will be eligible for cash change (cash back). If I can not source the required hardware for cheaper then you will be required the pay the difference upon notification of the new price.

Warranty Disclaimer

1. No Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Products sold by EyeOnHome are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless explicitly stated. Since we are not an authorized reseller of these products, the original manufacturer’s warranty does not apply.

2. No Responsibility for Manufacturer Defects

By purchasing from EyeOnHome, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We are not liable for defects or issues covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • You waive any right to claim warranty service directly from the manufacturer.

3. Manufacturer Defects

We will rigorously test the products sold to ensure that there is no defects.
You may see hard drive SMART counters with power on hours of n few hours. This is to ensure NO defects.
